It is over 80 years old featuring a collection of epic salvage and diving episodes, mainly from the early years of the 20th century. First published in 1932 this book's popularity is obvious by its six reprints by 1945, becoming a “classic” on the subject. Its 15 chapters cover many remarkable salvage exploits, involving saving wrecked ships, raising them from beneath the surface or recovering valuable cargo. The content and photo descriptions are shown in the scans. 255 pages with 17 pages of black and white photos. The book and original dust jacket in a protective sleeve are in very good condition.
